AVALON, CALIFORNIA - Mark Tulin muore oggi per un collasso sopravvenuto mentre forniva aiuto come volontario in un team di soccorso marittimo. Lo chiamavano Professor Psychedelic ed era bassista e membro fondatore degli Electric Prunes: vi ricordate di I had too much to dream (last night)? Get me to the world on time? The great banana hoax? Negli ultimi tempi, oltre ad aver riformato la band, la quale si sciolse nell'ormai remotissimo 1971, è diventato un assiduo collaboratore di Billy Corgan, registrando il basso su alcune nuove tracce degli Smashing Pumpkins.
